My leadership style is to lead by example, and not micro-manage. I have been successful in surrounding myself with high performing people. I believe in hiring the right personalities and training the best behaviors. I’m well organized and understand success lies in the details. My project management skills are exemplary; having worked with very little resources to having dedicated project teams at my disposal. I am very comfortable in the kitchen or in the boardroom. I have worked side-by-side with some of the top talent in the industry.
